Producer status

The Operator is not the producer (whether primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1) of any of the visual content available on this platform. All content is submitted by third-party uploaders, who are contractually required to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 record-keeping requirements for the content they produce and to maintain the required records.

Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), the Operator's activities with respect to such content are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting, without selection or alteration of the sexually explicit character of the depictions.

Reporting

If you believe any person depicted in content on this platform was under 18 years of age at the time the content was created, report it immediately to support@brand-b.invalid. Such reports are treated with the highest priority and the content is removed pending review.
